Kate helps women live their best lives by optimizing their nutrition and lifestyles. Women have unique life stages and conditions and their nutrition needs reflect this. From infertility to perinatal to perimenopause, Kate guides her clients through a functional nutrition lens.

My ideal client is someone that has received a medical diagnosis that requires a gluten-free diet, such as Celiac Disease. They may be newly diagnosed, or still struggling with symptoms after already starting the gluten-free diet. They understand that their condition is lifelong and they want to learn how to best support themselves and their health by learning how to incorporate the gluten-free diet into their everyday life. They don't want their diagnosis to run their life, instead they want to continue working towards their life goals and not let their diagnosis stop them from living their best life.

Leslie Meyers, ND is a licensed and board certified Naturopathic Doctor, after receiving a doctorate degree from Bastyr University in Seattle. Her focuses include women's health, fertility, and gastrointestinal issues. She worked as a general medicine practitioner for 6 years in Seattle prior to moving to Asheville in 2014. Dr. Meyers is dedicated to treating patients using herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrient therapy, nutrition and lifestyle counseling in private practice at Waterleaf Naturopathic Medicine in Asheville and also virtually. Note: Dr. Meyers does not do ozone therapy.
