Hi, I’m Brooke! Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women like myself break free from the chains of endometriosis. As a member of the '1in10community, I’m all too familiar with the medical gaslighting, chronic pain, and fear of the unknown that accompany this disease. My goal is to serve as an ally for women, to be someone who listens AND makes you feel heard. I utilize functional nutrition to help women reach their health goals whether it be to improve their hormones, manage symptoms, increase energy, normalize their periods, heal their gut, have a healthy pregnancy, breastfeed, and beyond.

Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.

I work with clients 16 years old and older. Specialties include but are not limited to: weight loss, diabetes management, disordered eating, improving body image, IBS/IBD, and more. I help clients reach their nutrition goals as well as gain the knowledge and skills to move on from appointments confident in their abilities to maintain whatever changes they have made.

I am a Registered dietitian, licensed and certified in 10 states. I have been President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for New York State. I work with all age groups on various issues of weight control, diabetes, FODMAP, Gastrointestinal Disorders and Children's issues among other diagnoses.

Jenny is a registered dietitian who believes in a holistic approach to health. She has helped people manage their nutrition and weight through some of the most critical times of their lives. She has worked with conditions including pregnancy, postpartum, poor weight gain, feeding difficulties, gastrointestinal disease, congenital heart disease, transplant, and inborn errors of metabolism. She loves working with children and adults alike and believes there is something to learn from every client she meets. Jenny strives to be a good listener and understand her clients' goals and struggles.
