I enjoy working with people who have experienced stress and trauma in their lives and would like to embark on a journey towards peace, joy and healthy relationships. Everyone is welcome. I have had success with patients who experienced difficulty with stress, general anxiety, depression, lack of restful sleep, grief and PTSD. I use massage, craniosacral therapy, NES Provision, herbs and nutritional coaching to help clients reach their wellness goals.
I refer to myself as a holistic wellness practitioner. My wellness practice is established in my training in Public Health (MPH), Massage Therapy (CMT), Craniosacral Therapy, Master of Science (MS) in Therapeutic Herbalism, Health Coaching, and Nutri Energetic Systems (NES).
