My goal is to give people practical advice with meals and foods and also target the "problem" thoughts and patterns. My program is very behavioral, very practical, and very empowering. I seek a shift in not only food habits but thought patterns. People who leave my program get help for a lifetime rather then short term solutions.
I am a graduate of Cornell University, the Univeristy of North Carolina Chapel Hill and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My approach is holistic, practical, and effective.
