As a wellness coach, I help clients navigating a path to the health changes they desire most. Some specific challenges I have helped clients overcome include weight loss, improved nutritional habits, improved fitness, and being able to reduce or eliminate need for medications. Research has shown that lasting change is a process which takes time, curiosity, patience, perseverance and a willingness to grow. Clients often come to me after spending months or even years "stuck in the muck", frustrated at being unable to outgrow old habits which are having a negative impact on their health and well-being.
I have extensive experience in working with clients with disordered eating. Although I work as an independent practitioner, when necessary I actively collaborate with other health professionals to form a treatment team for my clients.
