I launched my private practice in 1996. Since 2015 my continuing studies encompass on-going exploration in advanced anatomy & physiology through Kinections, Inc. (Sacramento CA) & Bay Grass Institute (Lutherville MD). This has allows me to combine the various modalities I'm trained & certified in to what I call Integrative Somatic Therapy. These studies are based on the most current research & practices so that I can always provide the best level of soft tissue treatments.
Among the modalities I practice: Myofascial Release/Connective Tissue massage, Prenatal massage, Usui Reiki (3rd degree master practitioner), Deep Tissue, Positional Release Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy (Biodynamic & Upledger), & Thai Table Stretching I combine them into a tailored client-centered session.
I am driven to provide the best level of service. If my clients have chronic pain issues that are musculoskeletal in nature I work to get at the source. If they have acute musculoskeletal pain I endeavor to relieve it. If the fast-paced life & its ups & downs have them stressed & feeling anxious I can use gentle tools like Craniosacral Therapy.
