Hi! My name is Lauren and I am an RD that specializes in eating disorder recovery and disordered eating recovery. If you have been restricting your whole life and feel like you do not know where to start, I am your girl! I help adults and adolescents heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I was a Lead Dietitian at a successful ED recovery center and now I help clients virtually on their journey of disordered eating or eating disorder recovery. I work with individuals who are struggling with unwanted weight gain and undesired symptoms such as fatigue, low energy, or lack of motivation. Rachel graduated from West Chester University, Honors College XVI with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018. She completed her dietetic internship at Immaculata University and graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata in May 2022. Rachel is a non-diet dietitian who believes in intuitive eating and is a HAES health at every size provider. She is passionate about walking alongside her clients as they seek to heal their relationship with food and their bodies, and re-discover the joy of eating!

My passion is educating patients in weight management, food sensitivities, wellness and fitness I have a certification in Adult Weight Management levels I and II through the ADA and a certification in Sports Nutrition through ACE. I am a Certified LEAP therapist and can help you determine what foods, food additives/chemicals may be contributing to your health issues. I run my private practice out of my home office and can also provide nutrition coaching virtually. I am certified to teach PiYo and I am a certified Personal Trainer.
